A notable step taken by Corrtech Energy Limited in the direction of integrating and optimizing business processes has been the implementation of ERP package – SAP.
We have a dedicated team of SAP professionals who have worked hard to put the SAP system in place and develop it to the level where it is today. The complete process of setting up the SAP system and integrating it with the established systems of working was completed by our in-house team, and supported by our implementation partner – LeadSoft, in 6 months.
The members of the SAP team have extensive domain and SAP (module specific) implementation & support experience. They work hard to align the functions of the various components of the enterprise. They not only interact with the users to understand and deliver solutions but also provide periodic status update to the senior Management, thereby assisting in improving operational efficiency and productivity within and beyond the enterprise.
The various modules in effect are Sales and Distribution, Project System, Material Management, Production Planning, Finance and Controlling and Plant Maintenance. All these modules are maintained by our in-house team. The use of SAP will enable the management to increase profitability, improve financial control, and manage risk in a more systematic manner.
The members of the SAP team have also been instrumental in conducting a series of orientation programs and training sessions for other members of the company for SAP and Finance modules.
